• For Cough & Nasal Congestion: Apply a small amount to the chest, throat, or back and gently massage.
• For Muscle Aches & Pains: Rub onto the affected area for relief.
• For Steam Inhalation: Dissolve a small amount (around a teaspoon) of Vicks VapoRub in hot water and inhale the vapors.

Precautions:

• For external use only; do not ingest.
• Avoid contact with eyes, inside the nose, or broken skin.
