Indication:

Tempra is used to relieve mild to moderate pain and fever in children. It is commonly given for fever due to infections, colds, flu, and vaccinations, as well as for pain relief from teething, headaches, and minor body aches.

Usage Instructions:

• Children 2–3 years (10–15 kg): 5 mL (1 teaspoon) every 4–6 hours as needed.
• Children 4–5 years (16–21 kg): 7.5 mL (1½ teaspoons) every 4–6 hours as needed.
• Children 6–8 years (22–27 kg): 10 mL (2 teaspoons) every 4–6 hours as needed.
• Children 9–10 years (28–32 kg): 12.5 mL (2½ teaspoons) every 4–6 hours as needed.
• Children 11–12 years (33–37 kg): 15 mL (3 teaspoons) every 4–6 hours as needed.
• Maximum Dose: Do not exceed 5 doses in 24 hours unless prescribed by a doctor.

Precautions:

• Do not exceed the recommended dose.
• Avoid use with other medications containing paracetamol.
• Consult a doctor if symptoms persist for more than 3 days.
• Store at room temperature and keep out of reach of children.
