Indication:

Tempra Forte is used for the relief of fever and mild to moderate pain, such as headaches, toothaches, colds, flu, and post-vaccination fever. It is specially formulated for children and provides fast-acting fever relief.

Usage Instructions:

• Children 6–8 years (22–27 kg): 5 mL (1 teaspoon) every 4–6 hours as needed.
• Children 9–10 years (28–32 kg): 7.5 mL (1½ teaspoons) every 4–6 hours as needed.
• Children 11–12 years (33–37 kg): 10 mL (2 teaspoons) every 4–6 hours as needed.
• Adults and children 12 years and older: 10–15 mL (2–3 teaspoons) every 4–6 hours as needed.
• Maximum Dose: Do not exceed 5 doses in 24 hours unless prescribed by a doctor.

Precautions:

• Do not exceed the recommended dose.
• Avoid use with other medications containing paracetamol.
• Consult a doctor if symptoms persist for more than 3 days.
• Store at room temperature and keep out of reach of children.
