Active Ingredient: Tenofovir alafenamide

Dose/Form: 25mg film-coated tablet

Indication: HepBest is indicated for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection in adults with compensated liver disease. It is also used in combination with other antiretroviral agents for the treatment of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection. ​

Dosage and Administration: The recommended dosage is one 25mg tablet taken orally once daily with food. For patients with renal impairment, no dosage adjustment is necessary if creatinine clearance is ≥15 mL/min. On days of hemodialysis, administer the dose after completion of dialysis. No dosing recommendations are available for patients with creatinine clearance <15 mL/min who are not receiving hemodialysis.
